Meditation & Wellbeing Class - On pause for summer

This weekly class is a feast for the mind, body and soul. Maeve creates a sacred space for each person to pause, come to stillness and rest, turn inward and cultivate a compassionate relationship with oneself. Maeve offers teaching based on a blend of science, stress control, positive psychology and ancient wisdom. Each session provides ample space for meditation, mindfulness, reflection and contemplation.
