Maeve understands that it takes a daily practice of multiple little things to create an overall sense of wellbeing. She is a long time nature lover and feels her best when she is in fresh air and a natural environment. To sooth, support and nourish her mind, body and soul she also enjoys creating art, hill walking, sea swimming, yoga and meditation. She is a mother and cherishes family life.

Maeve has worked in acute health care for over 25 years supporting families and individuals navigate difficult times. This has made her aware of the importance of engaging in activities that proactively support our wellness in all areas of mental, physical and spiritual positive health. she has undertaken many trainings in meditation and became a certified meditation teacher with Davidji in the US in 2021. To complement this training Maeve completed studies to become a forest bathing guide. This is perfect way to spend time mindfully in nature and savour this precious life.

In all her wellbeing offerings Maeve integrates the insights and wisdoms of these teachings and many life lessons in offerings such as a weekly mediation class, workshops on mediation and wellbeing and wellbeing in nature/forest bathing sessions in local woodlands.
