💕🪷The Art of Living: Bringing the Inner World into Harmony🪷💕

We warmly invite you to a weekend dedicated to the gentle yet profound art of living. Together we will explore the importance of tending to our inner household—the foundation from which true peace, clarity, and joy in daily life arise.

🍂This journey is inspired by wisdom found in many traditions. They use different metaphors (stilling and clarifying of the mind, polishing the heart so it may reflect the light) but they speak to the same truth: when our inner household is in order, life itself becomes more spacious,  compassionate, and alive.

Over the course of the weekend, we will enter into an uplifting, joyful, and empowering practice that weaves together:

💕Individual Deepening – silent meditation and personal reflection to center and reconnect.

💕Shared Reflection – in pairs or small groups, opening space for dialogue and resonance with one another.

💕Collective Practice – coming together as a whole circle in mindful movement, meditations, nature based forest bathing practices to reconnect with your natural world and shared inquiry.

Our focus will be on cultivating balance, clarity, and presence within ourselves—strengthening both the mind’s stillness and the heart’s openness. And fostering the roots of compassion, mindfulness that support how we live and relate in the world.

This is not only a retreat, but a celebration of the possibility of living with clarity and heart.

We look forward to welcoming you into this space of stillness, discovery, and community. 

Cost is priced to cover our expenses like rental and lunch. Teachers/ Organiser fee’s not included but Dana is welcomed.

We met through her work with renowned meditation teachers Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield and have connected almost weekly over two years in her precious online, global sangha.

The Scull Sanctuary:  this special retreat space offers us beautiful internal spaces to gather in, retreat to, and it is located in a natural environment in a park and woodland area.

💚Nutritious wholesome vegetarian lunches, Solaris Herbal Teas, healthy treats

💚What to bring - water bottle, a mat, extra blankets/cushions/ socks for comfort, a notebook for insights and personal wisdom, and all of you!
